    ### Agents & AI

    **OpenAI Realtime for Voice Agents** <Badge color="blue" size="sm">Intelligence</Badge> - Voice agents can use an OpenAI Realtime setup that connects to your own OpenAI account and lets you choose the provider and model, while keeping existing authentication, prompt, and tool settings unchanged.

    * Connect Realtime to your own OpenAI account and select the provider and model for the voice agent.
    * Keep existing authentication, prompt, and tool settings when you switch to Realtime.
    * Use multi-lingual conversations, more natural interactions, and a larger context window than the existing voice pipeline.

    ### Apps

    **Roll-Up Widget** <Badge color="orange" size="sm">Apps</Badge> - App administrators can configure a Roll-Up widget with a top-level filter and a custom hierarchy of tables or aspects, choosing which measures roll up and how they sum at each level.

    * Walk through a setup wizard to name the widget, choose records, set number format, and build the hierarchy.
    * Add numeric measures to sum at each level and choose which fields appear when reviewers drill down.
    * Drill from each hierarchy level down to the underlying detail records that drive the totals.

    <ReleaseDocButton href="/workflows/managed-views#roll-up-widget" label="See more about the Roll-Up Widget" />

    **Data Entry View** <Badge color="orange" size="sm">Apps</Badge> - App administrators can configure a no-code Data Entry managed view that turns an app into an editable grid for bulk updates across records.

    * Choose which fields are editable and how rows are filtered, sorted, and grouped.
    * Type or paste values directly into cells, then save all edits at once.
    * Set a record label template so each row stays easy to identify while editing.

    <ReleaseDocButton href="/workflows/managed-views#data-entry-view" label="See more about Data Entry View" />

    **Post-Deployment Unconfigured Elements Handling** <Badge color="orange" size="sm">Apps</Badge> - Deployed elements with incomplete configuration are automatically placed in maintenance mode so end users are not left on a partially configured element.

    * End users see an Under Maintenance page in the list view until setup is finished.
    * Admins see a banner on the element details page while configuration is incomplete.
    * Maintenance mode and the admin banner clear on their own once configuration is complete.

    <ReleaseDocButton href="/administration/deploy-apps-between-environments#unconfigured-elements-after-deployment" label="See more about Unconfigured Elements After Deployment" />

    ### Platform

    **Custom Transactional Email Templates** <Badge color="purple" size="sm">Org Settings</Badge> - Org admins can customize the transactional emails Elementum sends on their behalf—welcome, password reset, email verification, and access link—from **Admin → Settings → Communication → Email Templates**.

    * Edit each template's title, body, safety note, call-to-action label, and per-template colors.
    * Use dynamic variables such as organization name and expiration, with a live preview as you edit.
    * Reset any template to the Elementum default when you want to start over.

    <ReleaseDocButton href="/administration/notifications#email-templates" label="See more about Email Templates" />

    **Customizable Voice Agent Authentication Emails** <Badge color="purple" size="sm">Org Settings</Badge> - Authentication emails sent when users request a Voice PIN or one-time passcode can be customized with your organization's branding and messaging.

    * Edit the **Voice PIN** and **One-Time Passcode** templates on the same Email Templates tab as transactional mail.
    * Change content and colors so callers recognize your organization during voice authentication.
    * Customize instructions without changing the authentication flow itself.
