Agents & AI
Custom AI Provider Intelligence - Take advantage of model flexibility by connecting any OpenAI-compatible endpoint within AI Services.- Use any endpoint URL to connect a custom AI provider.
- Authenticate via API key or OAuth Client Credentials flow with bearer token.
- Use the custom provider across Organization agents and automations.
- When a conversation approaches the model’s token limit, earlier messages are summarized — no user action required.
- Allow callers to request a new PIN directly during a voice call.
- Customize the authentication failure message for unrecognized numbers.
- Callers have 3 attempts to enter their PIN correctly before the call is disconnected.
Platform
External User Re-Authentication Org Settings - Require external users to periodically re-verify their identity via magic link to maintain access to your organization.- Set the Session Duration (1 hour, 8 hours, 24 hours, or 72 hours) and Link Validity (5, 15, 30, or 60 minutes) per organization.
- When a session expires, external users are blocked from the platform and automatically emailed a single-use magic link to restore access.
- Internal users are unaffected, and group memberships, roles, and data access policies are preserved across re-authentication.
- Configure (create, enable/disable, update, delete) OTEL endpoints to forward telemetry traces from Elementum to external observability platforms.
- Supported authentication types: None, Bearer Token, Basic Auth, and Custom Headers.
- Test endpoint connections directly within Elementum settings.
- Assign any combination of org endpoints to individual environments independently.
Experience
Fulfiller In-App Experience Navigation - Elementum’s navigation is now streamlined to show only the items you have permission to access, increasing your focus on the most important tasks.- Fulfillers only see navigation items they have access to.
- Categories are hidden when a user does not have access to view or create any item inside.
- Permissions are determined within the Object. If the fulfiller has organization permissions, they still see everything in the side navigation.
