Platform

External User Re-Authentication Org Settings - Require external users to periodically re-verify their identity via magic link to maintain access to your organization.
  • Set the Session Duration (1 hour, 8 hours, 24 hours, or 72 hours) and Link Validity (5, 15, 30, or 60 minutes) per organization.
  • When a session expires, external users are blocked from the platform and automatically emailed a single-use magic link to restore access.
  • Internal users are unaffected, and group memberships, roles, and data access policies are preserved across re-authentication.
AI Agent Trace Forwarding (OTEL + GenAI) Org Settings - Gain full observability into Elementum AI Agent trace data without leaving your existing monitoring stack.

Fulfiller In-App Experience Navigation - Elementum’s navigation is now streamlined to show only the items you have permission to access, increasing your focus on the most important tasks.
  • Fulfillers only see navigation items they have access to.
  • Categories are hidden when a user does not have access to view or create any item inside.
  • Permissions are determined within the Object. If the fulfiller has organization permissions, they still see everything in the side navigation.
